Enquiries
The contact form opens your own email program; it does not save your enquiry in the website database. If you send the email, we receive your name, email address, any telephone number, membership interest and message to answer your request and, where appropriate, take steps towards a membership. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate legal basis.
Public reviews
When you submit a review, we store your name, star rating, review text, language and submission date in the website database. Your name, rating, text and date are displayed publicly immediately. Publication is based on your explicit choice when submitting the form. Please do not include sensitive information about yourself or others. You may request removal or withdraw your permission at any time by emailing us; this does not change the lawfulness of publication before withdrawal.
Retention and recipients
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain our relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. Published reviews stay online until removed at your request or by JVS; a copy may be retained where necessary to handle a legal claim. Website hosting and email service providers process data on our behalf. Review content is visible to everyone who visits the website. We do not sell personal data. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the applicable GDPR transfer safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing where applicable, or request data portability where applicable. Email info@javeavipservices.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
